KYOBASHI Dining

KYOBASHI series was born in a project to renovate the Artizon Museum in Tokyo. Designer Hiroshi Yoneya designed the chair to be simple and the height of the back to be lower than the tables in the museum, so that it would provide a sense of quietness and would not ruin the atmosphere of the museum even if the museum is equipped with plenty of the chairs. It's discreet but can't help drawing the attention of the visitors.
Upon consulting with Mr. Yoneya for improvement, Conde House decided to include KYOBASHI series into their catalog. The chair is made of Japanese Oak, and is available in seven different colors. The fabric or leather on the seat plate is replaceable. A very simple and still comfortable chair that would fit in in various situations including but not limited to public facilities and homes.
