tosai LUX Easy Chair (back upholstered) and Challenge Dining Chair ( soft) stay in stylish as the original and also provide comforts with the soft seating function.

As cushy soft seating is one of the trends in Europe, many visitors gave us compliments that those new items would appeal to European market.

An interior shop ‘Flow’ from Iceland , carries furniture brands from all over the world, visited our booth and ordered 38 items which are just about everything exhibited in the booth. He said, every items were expressing Japanese tastes well and were also finished with high qualities. ‘Heard about TEN that is why we came to see real ones’, said Brougham from Canada. They ordered TEN and KAMUY series. Today is a day made us feel we are expanding to global markets.

■Led by the Installation

Adopting installations in our booth is a new attempt at imm. It draws a lot of attention from visitors and leads them into the booth.

Kazumori Matsumura the designer of the installation left us this comment about the exhibition.

The exhibition site where CONDE HOUSE’s booth is the iconic site where brands from the world gather. Therefore, I thought the installation must be expressing Japanese sensibility and gracefulness as the booth design. Nen-Rin’ set by the wall inside is made to show an image of lined trees. ‘TEN-KU’ is showing an image of a bird flying off from the entrance to the back of the booth.
While I was watching the visitors, I recognized that many of them came to CONDE HOUSE booth led by TEN-KU. It is very rewarding for me to know that my work provides the new opportunities for CONDE HOUSE and its visitors. Firm Kazumori Matsumura

We will continue to appeal the new proposals from CONDE HOUSE during the second half of the show.
