Our New Series to be Unveiled at IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living Tokyo 2019

CONDE HOUSE will take part in the IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living 2019 held at Tokyo Big Sight. Four of our new series, “EIGHT”, “ONE”, “NUPRI”, and “CRUST”, will make their debut into the market at the trade fair which sees 20,000 visitors. CONDE HOUSE places its head office and factory in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, which is one of the rare places in Japan where a supply chain from lumbering, sawmilling, to furniture-making is established. A brochure on the details regarding our supply chain will be available at the venue.
Highlighted Programme at the IFFT: “Office-Up”
Themed on “office”, this highlight aims to produce new ideas for the office environment. CONDE HOUSE will be demonstrating a conference room rich in wood, employing the IPPONGI Series that boasts skillful craftsmanship applied to natural wood, and the RB Table featuring a sharp surface structure and dynamic grains. Come and experience the organic feeling!

EIGHT / ONE
Designer Jin Kuramoto
A high-grade dining room series newly developed in cooperation with Jin Kuramoto. “EIGHT” is a chair with a beautiful balance of a crafted wooden frame and shell that cozily embraces the body. “ONE” is a round table characterized by a single center column supporting a Hokkaido oak tabletop. It took us two years of trial and error for these items to be completed.

NUPRI
Designer Toshiyuki Kita
“NUPRI”, inspired by the history of Hokkaido, made its first debut in Milan, the design hub, and is finally going to be released for sale on this occasion of the IFFT event. Experience the new design created to express the bond and connection of our body with natural growing trees.

CRUST
Designer Raw-Edges
The designer’s ideas and CONDE HOUSE’s techniques were brought together to create the table and stools, initially for the Japan Creative Project. The CRUST Series presented at the IFFT will be a refined version of the items exhibited at the Milan Design Week held in April.
